Indulge in an extraordinary evening of culinary artistry as The Riverside presents an exclusive Caviar Tasting Dinner in collaboration with Chef Dom and Kendra, owner of Caviar Dream.
This intimate experience showcases a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu highlighting the elegance and complexity of fine caviar. Guests will begin the evening with a welcome cocktail, followed by a progression of dishes including oysters with citrus vinaigrette and seaweed caviar, potato pavé with crème fraîche and smoked trout roe, and poached Gulf fish finished with Hackleback caviar. The menu continues with ember-roasted lobster paired with Kaluga Hybrid caviar, culminating in a decadent Basque-style cheesecake finished with Royal Siberian caviar, accompanied by a celebratory glass of champagne.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy insights and storytelling from both Chef Dom and Kendra Anderson, offering a deeper appreciation for the craft, sourcing, and artistry behind each course.
